With hundreds of heavy-duty coils, this sleep system is designed for years of trouble free use, at a price that just cannot be beat. The durable high profile coil unit offers firm support for proper sleeping posture, while a cushioning layer of 1.8 lb convoluted foam increases comfort and extends the longevity of the mattress. Also available in a 2-sided model. The mattress height is 9" +/- .5"

Coil Wire

Heavy duty tempered steel coils. The Queen Size Mattress has 460 Coils. In addition each mattress uses 13.75 Gauge High Profile Coil Unit and 6 Gauge Border Wire.

Upholstery

Heavy duty insulator pad topped with high density poly foam.

Quilt

High density poly foam layer in additionone layer of BioFlex ™ Foam multi-needle quilted to a heavy duty commercial grade cover that is in compliance with all flammability standards.

Border

Multi-needle quiltied to fire barrier.

Miscellaneous

This mattress also includes a 5 year non-prorated warranty and continental wrap. The bottom of the mattress has a heavy duty insulator pad, fire retardant stratus.
